El pasado 7 de septiembre, realizamos en el Auditorio S. Francisco de Monzón la grabación del cuarto Cd. de Ensemble XXI, la orquesta que dirijo y que interpreta mis obras, que llevará por título “Retratos del Mar”.
La presentación del disco será en diciembre, aquí os dejo unas fotos de este importante día de nuestra vida musical.

The last 7 of September, we made in Monzón (Spain) the recording of the fourth CD of Ensemble XXI, the orchestra that I direct and that interprets my works, that will take by title «Pictures of the Sea».
The presentation of the disc will be in December, here are some photos of this important day of our musical life.

Os presento la actividad más emocionante e importante que organizamos desde Ensemble XXI:
VI CURSO INTERNACIONAL ENSEMBLE XXI
En Peralta de la Sal (Huesca) Del 26 de junio al 2 de julio de 2006.
Profesores: Ane Matxain, violín. Alejandro Garrido, viola. Juan Pérez de Albéniz, cello. Luis Cojal, contrabajo, José Martinez Colomina, trompeta. Emilio Ferrando, clarinete. Charo García, canto,Heirdrun Bergander, pianista acompañante, José Antonio Chic, guitarra/ensemble, Letizia Guerra, guitarra, Miguel Angel Angulo, flauta.
Clases individuales, música de cámara, orquesta, gran ensemble con todos los alumnos, conciertos, animación… y muy, muy buen ambiente.
NIVEL A: Medio y Superior. TODO incluido 400 Eur.
NIVEL B: Elemental.TODO incluido 350 Eur.
Yo soy el director del Curso y hago clase de guitarra. Preparo también unas composiciones que tocamos con un gran ensemble en el concierto final con todos los alumnos de todos los instrumentos ( el año pasado 80 músicos…) Es muy emocionante, el pueblo es delicioso, la música y la amistad nos rodean.

I am the director of the Course and teache guitar. I also prepare compositions that we played with a great ensemble in the final concert with all the students of all the instruments (the last year 80 musicians…) It is very exciting, the town is delicious, music and the friendship surrounds to us.

Un poco decepcionado os comunico lo siguiente:
El tribunal del Concurso de Composición Ensemble XXI formado por su director, José Antonio Chic y solistas de esta formación, después de estudiar e interpretar las obras presentadas, reunido en el Conservatorio de Monzón el día 24 de abril de 2006 , ha decidido declarar DESIERTO el premio de esta edición.
Agradecemos a todos los autores su esfuerzo e interés.
